Five-day auction expected to be biggest ever

EDMONTON, Alta. – Ritchie Bros. is gearing up for its five-day auction, running in Edmonton, Alta. April 26-30.

“The selection of trucks and equipment we are offering this year is unmatched anywhere,” said Brian Glenn, senior vice-president of Ritchie Bros. “Whether you’re looking to purchase a single item or an entire fleet, we have what you need—and every item will be sold with no reserve prices or minimum bids.”

Traditionally its largest Canadian auction of the year, Ritchie Bros. said this will be the biggest one yet, with more than 10,000 items up for sale, including over 235 excavators, more than 210 compactors, over 190 loaders, 180 dozers, 260 truck tractors and more than 1,000 trailers.

Each day of the auction will feature a slew of various products, including two vintage Chevrolet El Caminos being sold for charity on day one.
