PMTC offering online training resources

by Truck News

OAKVILLE, Ont. — The Private Motor Truck Council of Canada (PMTC) has launched a new online training resource for drivers.

The PMTC Online Drivers’ Academy, powered by CarriersEdge and KRTS, provides members with discounted rates on safety, compliance and professional development training materials. All programs are available in French and English and can be purchased individually, PMTC announced. It is also available as a subscription service.

“The Private Motor Truck Council of Canada is the only national voice dedicated to representing the views and interests of the private fleet sector since 1977,” said PMTC president Mike Millian. “We will continue to bring value added services to its members. This latest partnership with KRTS and CarriersEdge clearly demonstrates that the PMTC will continue to partner with reputable and respected industry providers that can offer supreme services to its members at a members-only discounted rate.”
