TORONTO, Ont. — Link Logistics has launched online order tracking for Canadian OpsCenter customers.

The company says carriers and their customers can now log into http://myload.linkopscenter.com using a user name and password and then see the status of their delivery.

“By providing our customers and particularly their shippers increased visibility into freight movement, all within a few key strokes, our users can remain focused on more critical operations,” said Claudia Milicevic, general manager of TransCore Link Logistics. “Eliminating the time required to field recurring inquiries reduces our users’ communication costs while simultaneously improving their employee productivity.”

TransCore says the new service adds value by: providing real-time information on the status of a customer’s delivery; improving operational efficiency and productivity and eliminating time-consuming inquiries; avoiding miscommunications; improving accountability; and ensuring a competitive service edge with customers.
