BELLEVILLE, Ont. — International Truckload Services (ITS) has announced it has acquired Cornwall-based CSI Logistics.

The announcement was made by ITS owners Max and Rob Haggarty.

CSI provides truckload and LTL service between Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes as well as warehousing and distribution services. It operates more than 70 power units as well as a fleet of dry van, heated and temperature-controlled tandem and tridem trailers. CSI also has facilities in Mississauga, Caledon and Montreal.

“This is a strategic acquisition for ITS as CSI services key domestic cities in Ontario, Quebec and the East Coast and will enhance our service offering and coverage,” said Rob Haggarty. “CSI will also provide us with warehouse capabilities in Cornwall which is fast becoming a key transportation hub to Eastern Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes.  We look forward to a great future for our employees and customers going into this new decade.”
