QUEBEC CITY, Que. — NOVA Permits has made its Permit and Pilot Car services available to its Canadian and American customers 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week.

Established in 1992 with only four employees and a limited operating budget, the company now employs 34 office staff and have available more than 100 pilot cars.

The company says the move to around-the-clock service isn’t its last improvement either. Nova has made great investments to upgrade its computer equipment as well as developing the 5STAR Permitting program, which will be released within a few months.
